Company Profile
Established in
1995 by Matthew Simon
the practice is devoted to serving
the needs of small and mid-sized organizations throughout
Southwestern Ontario and the Greater-Toronto area.
A generalist
practice we are uniquely concerned with ensuring that our
clients realize the full benefit of proven best practices in
Human Resources management scaled appropriately to the needs
of the organization's we serve.
As a group
of professional Human Resources consultants we individually,
and as a practice, support a wide variety of charitable and
non-profit organizations in the Kitchener-Waterloo region as
our way of giving thanks to the community that supports us and
makes our region a vibrant and exciting place to live.
 Matthew
Simon, HBA CHRPMatthew
holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from
Wilfrid Laurier University where he specialized in
organizational study and business management. Matthew has
also earned the Certified Human Resources Professionals (CHRP)
designation through the Human Resources Professionals
Association of Ontario (HRPAO) in 1998.
Prior to establishing his private
practice Matthew's corporate career included several
progressive positions with Sharp Electronics of Canada
Ltd., Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada Inc., Union Gas
Limited, and Tibbett & Britten Logistics. The diverse
range of corporate assignments and over
10 years experience with clients has provided him
with a deep appreciation of the issues facing businesses
and organizations throughout their business cycles.
