The Human Resources Function

Within large organizations, both public and private, a Human Resources department deals with the myriad of tasks involved in managing the organization’s human component to maximize productivity and minimize labour costs at all levels. This department is ideally staffed by individuals with specialized education in business administration, organizational sociology, industrial psychology, education, etc.  In addition, these individuals often have significant experience in the Human Resources field and have acquired special expertise in one or more Human Resource functions. We will have Human Resource Specialists on site as required to attend meetings, monitor progress, answer employee concerns and listen.

VHR+ - Human Resources Plus

We are the extra help you’ve always wanted! You and/or your existing staff retain responsibility for several Human Resources functions and we cover the rest. Recruiting, payroll, training and development, terminations – whatever you need to make your organization perform.

VHRC - Human Resources Consultant

Sometimes you just need help with a particular project. Sometimes you just need to consult with someone knowledgeable on a particular human resource issue or challenge. We are here for you!

  2. If you like what you hear and would like to proceed, we’ll draft you a proposal to your specifications outlining the Human Resource needs of your organization, the services we can provide, a work schedule, and costs. A starting point for the development of your Human Resource strategy!
